Nudgr beta terms

Nudgr is an experimental personal planning tool operated by BuenoSchonig Consulting LLC. This invitation-only beta is for adults aged 18 and over.

Review before you confirm

AI can misunderstand speech, relationships, and dates. Check every proposed goal and task before confirming. Nudgr provides planning assistance; it is not professional medical, legal, or financial advice, and it should not be your only record for critical obligations.

Shared Pacts and local previews

Shared Pact chats are stored online for signed-in members. Accepting an invitation gives access to the full conversation history. Share only content you are entitled to share with the crew. Messages may be delayed by connection failures; Sent means accepted by the server, not read by every recipient. Closed-app notifications are not enabled. Owners manage membership and accountability partners. Older on-device Pact previews, local contacts and preview nudges remain local and do not contact friends; example members are fictional.

Keep a backup

The beta saves plans in the current browser. Plans do not sync to your account and there is no guaranteed recovery if device storage is cleared or becomes unavailable. Export backups regularly. Beta features and availability may change, and the service may pause or apply usage limits.

Use your invitation responsibly

Use your own invitation and keep its code private. Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, access another tester’s session, disrupt the service, or submit material you are not entitled to share. We may revoke invitations used abusively. The beta has no subscription checkout or paid plan configured.

Privacy and feedback

Audio and transcripts are processed as described in the privacy notice. Share feedback or report a problem at kimberley@buenoschonigconsulting.com. Avoid including sensitive goals or recordings in feedback unless needed to explain the issue.
